Chicken 65 (India)

INGREDIENTS:
300 gm of boneless chicken breast, cleaned and cut into small cubes 
1/4 cup of thick plain yogurt 
1/2 tsp of chilli powder 
1/2 tsp of cumin powder 
1/4 tsp of black pepper powder 
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder 
1/2 tsp of coriander powder 
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste 
2 tsp of corn flour 
curry leaves 
2-3 cups of oil, for frying 

Preparation:
1. Mix the yogurt with all the spices, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, and some salt. Add the chicken pieces to this and mix well.
2. Refrigerate this marinated chicken overnite.
3. When frying heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the enough amount of oil to do the shallow fry.
4.Once the oil is hot add the marinated chicken gently and fry it in a low flames till the outside texture gets dark golden brown and crisp.Otherwise meat wont be cooked enough.
5.Once it's fried well remove it from oil and place it in a paper tissue to drain the oil.
6.Place it in a plate and garnish with fried curry leaves and fried green chilli and serve hot.
